Margo was excellent throughout the whole process. She is very professional in her showing of the home and kept us very involved on progress. We did run into issues with our inspection and being in NC Margo rolled up the sleeves and went above and beyond in helping us line up services to take care of the buyers requests. Example we got water in the basement, and the buyers broker wanted it dried up that day, being a Friday afternoon and trying to find someone to take care of it from 700 miles away was going to cause me to drive there and take care off it. 30 minutes before I going to leave I get a call from Margo, “I’m in your basement with overalls on and addressing the issue”. You won’t find many realtors that would do this on a Friday night before a major storm coming in. We would highly recommend Margo for any of you realtor needs.— Kevin McAllister
