It may only be January, but it’s never to early to start thinking about the Spring market.  Days of the week and best month vary for best results around the country.   In the Boston area, the ideal time to list is mid-late April.  Homes sold 13.5 days faster than average and for 1.2% or $4,500 more, and the best day to list is a Wednesday.   Some regions peak as early as March and some as late as May.  It’s definitely something to keep in mind if you are thinking of selling in 2018.
